We have discontinued Air Mail to the USA because Canada Post no longer includes $100 insurance due to a lack of tracking numbers with this service. ETA's are between major centers. Allow a couple of extra days for smaller centers. USA destinations such as Hawaii & Alaska can be up to 30 business days for Expedited Parcel (surface mail). We recommend using Express Post when shipping to those destinations and Expedited Parcel for all other areas in the USA. Shipping additional blankets to the same address adds the following shipping cost per additional blanket. USA: Adds $7.50 Canada: Adds 5.00 W. Canada: Adds $3.50 Express Post & Expedited Parcel include insurance and a tracking number. *We will substitute a service called Tracked Packet on single blanket orders. It has the same service benefits but a returned parcel does not invoke a return shipping fee that is charged by Canada Post.
International Air Mail
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Canada Post no longer includes $100 insurance for Air Mail due to a lack of tracking numbers. Overseas customers need to be aware that in the event of a loss by the postal services they will not be compensated. We are very disappointed in this degradation of service. Insurance/tracking is available for overseas customers but at great expense using Express International: $65 for Receiving size blankets and $70 for the larger crib size.

This does not cover mis-spelled names or incorrect birth information that you provided. Please be sure you send the correct information, mistakes can not be fixed and the entire blanket must be remade, at your expense. In the unlikely event we make a mistake we will send you another Blankees™ Personalized Baby Blanket at no charge.
