**We will substitute a service called Tracked Packet on single blanket orders to the USA. It has the same service benefits but a returned parcel does not invoke a return shipping fee by the post office.

USA destinations such as Hawaii & Alaska can be up to 30 business days for Expedited Parcel (surface mail).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Canada Post no longer includes $100 insurance for Air Mail due to a lack of tracking numbers. Overseas customers need to be aware that in the event of a loss by the postal services they will not be compensated. We are very disappointed in this degradation of service.

Insurance/tracking is available for overseas customers but at great expense using Express International: $65 for Receiving size blankets and $70 for the larger crib size.

Canadian/US Exchange Rate
Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars and your credit card will handle the conversion to US dollars. As of early 2017 US buyers have an approximate 25% advantage over the Canadian dollar. As an example a $100 Canadian dollar sale will cost an American buyer roughly $75 US. Your credit card may charge a small percentage for handling the exchange and this will appear on your credit card statement as something along the lines of "ROE" (Rate Of Exchange).

If you are not totally satisfied with your Blankees™ Personalized Baby Blanket you may return it for a full refund. This does not cover mis-spelled names or incorrect birth information that you provided. Please be sure you send the correct information. Mistakes can not be fixed and the entire blanket must be remade, at your expense.
